Ireland’s horror operation victims speak out

Al Jazeera investigates why a brutal medical technique used on some women during childbirth has only just come to light.

It involves sawing through a woman’s pelvic bone and cartilage during a difficult childbirth.

Al Jazeera’s Laurence Lee reports from Dublin.
