Braille system has many users in country, but some argue that visually impaired would be better served by technology.

Saturday is World Braille Day, a celebration of the system of raised dots that has helped empower millions of visually-impaired people to read, learn, and lead normal lives.

And some say a more modern alternative, such as voice recognition and audio programs, is needed.
