Medical charity copes with S Sudan setback

Medicins Sans Frontieres staff return to hospital looted and damaged in Unity State to assess the damage.

At the end of January, the medical charity Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF) evacuated its staff from the hospital in Leer in South Sudan’s Unity State.

When aid workers returned two weeks later, they found that the hospital, along with much of the town, had been looted and burned.

Al Jazeera’s Anna Cavell visited the site to assess the damage.
