The Dutch Supreme Court on Friday ruled that The Netherlands was responsible for the deaths of three Bosnian Muslim men who were killed during the Srebrenica massacre in 1995.

Dutch troops were in charge of a UN safe area when Bosnian-Serb forces overran it.

About 8,000 people were killed in the massacre, and the family of three of the victims filed a case against The Netherlands.
