Germany’s Merkel likely to win third term

Germans go to the polls on Sunday in an election that is likely to return Chancellor Angela Merkel to power for a record third term. 

Merkel is enjoying high approval ratings thanks to her tough stance on the eurozone crisis. But the so-called “Teflon chancellor” still has her critics.
