Over-fishing endangers Bluefin tuna

The Pacific Bluefin tuna is under threat. Its population has dipped by 96 percent over the years because of over-fishing.

Japan has recently proposed a 15 percent cut in catches of tuna younger than three years old. But this still needs to be formally accepted.
