Hurricane Manuel has regained strength and dumping more misery as death toll rises to 80.

Hurricane Manuel, the storm that devastated Mexico’s Pacific coast over the weekend, has regained strength and is dumping rain on villages on the coast of Sinaloa state.
Officials raised the death toll from Manual to 80 earlier on Wednesday.
Hundreds of people have been displaced by the disaster and many have gone without food or drinking water for days.
Al Jazeera’s David Mercer reports from the Mexican city of Acapulco, where thousands of people have been forced to seek refuge from the hurricane.
