Africans are increasingly seeking Chinese treatment amid Beijing’s growing influence across continent.

Much is known about China’s increasing influence in Africa and its major economic impact.
However, less is heard about how China’s cultural influence is spreading across the continent.
It is not uncommon for people in east Africa to seek out Chinese medicine, rather than go to Western doctors.
