South Korea has the most road deaths in the developed world, more than 5,500 per year.
In a bid to make the roads safer, police have launched what they say is the world’s first remotely operated drone that monitors drivers on the main highways.
Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from Seoul.
