Afghan war economy boom ‘about to burst’
With NATO troops about to leave, the foreign aid contributions that have transformed the country might also dry up.

Afghanistan has been long been associated with extreme poverty and war but billions of dollars of foreign aid and illegal drug money has helped transform parts of the capital, Kabul.
However, it has led to an economic bubble that could be about to burst.
