The US city of New Orleans is witnessing an inflow of artists and professionals who are rebuilding the city eight years after Hurricane Katrina destroyed part of it and killed almost 2,000 people.
The city is now ranked as one of North America’s biggest “brain magnets”, a trend experts say will change its future.
Al Jazeera’s Andy Gallacher reports from New Orleans.
