Army battles floods in China
Up to 33,000 people relocated and farmland submerged around northeastern city of Tongjiang.

Up to 33,000 people have had to be relocated in northeastern China around the city of Tongjiang because of floods.
Workers there have been trying to strengthen dikes to prevent further damage.
