The defendants in the 9/11 case are back in a military courtroom in Guantanamo Bay for another pre-trial hearing.
Prosecutors want to speed up the schedule and start the death penalty trial for 2014.
The lead attorney for the self-described mastermind, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, believes that his client would not get a fair trial.
