Masinloc residents struggle to recover after landslides and floods caused by Utor leave thousands homeless.

Typhoon Utor has caused landslides and heavy floods in the Philippines. At least six deaths have been reported so far. In Masinloc thousands of people are now homeless. Al Jazeera’s Rob McBride reports from storm-hit province.
