China braces for Typhoon Utor

More than 158,000 people in southern coast relocated as authorities in Guangdong and Hainan prepare for its arrival.

Southern China is bracing itself for the arrival of Typhoon Utor – which has already hit the Philippines and Hong Kong.
 
The storm claimed six lives in the Philippines – while Hong Kong is in lockdown – with flights cancelled and the stock market closed.
