Fraud allegations mar polls in Mexico

Mexico’s ruling party has emerged as the main winner in local and state elections.

But the opposition accuse President Enrique Pena Nieto’s party of using intimidation to win votes.

Weeks before the election, at least eight candidates or their family members were killed. Some others were attacked and kidnapped.
