Refugees undeterred by Australia’s new policy

Asylum seekers stranded in Indonesia say that Australia’s plans to send them to Papua New Guinea will not deter them from getting in boats.
They say they will only stop risking their lives if the refugee agency UNHCR speeds up its asylum and resettlement process.
