World’s biggest ship to sail from S Korea

First vessel of Maersk’s Triple-E class is made of 60,000 tonnes of steel, but much of it is said to be recyclable.

The world’s biggest ship is about to set sail from South Korea’s Kwangyong port.

While it is made of 60,000 tonnes of steel or the equivalent of 8 Eiffel Towers, the shipping line says much of it is recyclable.

Al Jazeera’s Harry Fawcett reports from South Korea.
