US top court rulings favour corporations
US Supreme Court upholds string of rulings as chamber of commerce argues against class action cases.

The US Supreme Court has ended its session this week with rulings in favour of big corporations.
During this term, a majority of five justices have ruled in favour of companies, such as American Express, in lawsuits where consumers and employees sue as collective groups.
The US Chamber of Commerce has argued against such class action cases.
