Brazilians demand better public health system

President Dilma Rousseff says improvements to healthcare are a top priority but critics want larger investments.

Even though most of the anger in recent protests in Brazil was aimed at government spending on football tournaments, a large group of the demonstrators mainly hit the streets to demand a better public healthcare system. 

President Dilma Rousseff has said she will recruit more doctors, but critics want greater investment from the government.
