The conflict between India and Pakistan over Kashmir has killed thousands of soldiers and civilians from both sides.
Kashmiris want a lasting peace, but how to achieve that remains a puzzle no one has been able to solve.
Some politician and senior religious are now suggesting a new approach that taps into the nationalistic roots of the problem.
