UN order could force thousands who fled 1994 genocide and ensuing fighting to return home this summer.

Thousands of Rwandan refugees could be forced to return home this summer under a United Nations order.

The 1994 genocide and fighting in subsequent years created more than 3.5 million refugees.

They are scattered around the world but many still have not managed to get citizenship where they are living.
