Egypt’s government is running out of money.
The International Monetary Fund has linked a multi-billion dollar loan, to an increase in taxes.
As a result, president Mohamed Morsi’s administration is introducing property taxes.
However, many Egyptians are not happy with the decision.
Al Jazeera’s Anita McNaught reports from Cairo.
