Rwanda to allow transfer of M23 leader to ICC

Rwanda’s president says he will not stand in the way of the transfer of a Congolese warlord to the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

Bosco Ntaganda handed himself over to the US Embassy in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali on Monday. He is charged with war crimes between 2002 and 2003.

But will justice bring peace to Eastern Congo?
