Deadly fighting in DRC despite peace deal

More violence is feared amid fighting between two factions of the M23 rebel group, less than a week after leaders from Africa’s Great Lakes region signed a deal to bring stability to the war-torn eastern Democratic Republic of Congo.
At least 23 people have been killed in the latest violence.
The UN says the recent battles have also seen about 4,000 people driven into neighbouring Uganda.
