Mouaz al-Khatib wants to hold talks with country’s vice president, but not all Syrians back his initiative.

Opposition leader Mouaz al-Khatib has offered to hold talks with Syria’s Vice President Farouq al-Sharaa, in an attempt to halt the violence in the country.
