Glitzy cancer campaigns on the rise
Despite the slick campaigns some charities feel they are not getting their fair share.

Pink ribbons, growing moustaches in November, and high-profile runs are all successful cancer projects which have raised awareness and millions of dollars.
The slicker the campaign, the bigger the donations.
The campaigns have helped total cancer research funding double over the last decade. But despite the bonanza, some charities feel they are not getting their fair share.
