The families of around 8,000 Haitians who died of cholera have reacted angrily to a UN decision to reject their compensation claims.
Scientific studies suggest UN peacekeepers from Nepal brought cholera with them to Haiti, sparking an outbreak in 2010.
The UN said on Friday that it had diplomatic immunity from victims claims. Last December, it pledged $2.2bn to help eradicate the disease.
