Country ranked in bottom third of global equality list, but inauguration raises hopes of tackling issue.

South Korea is to inaugurate its first female president, Park Geun-hye.
The country recently ranked in the bottom third of a global list on gender equality, but there are hopes that things might improve following’s Monday’s ceremony.
