Execution of Kashmiri man sparks protests
Protests held in Kashmir after Afzal Guru involved in attack on India’s parliament hanged.

Dozens of protesters have been injured in Kashmir, India and parts of Pakistan, during a violent response to a prisoner’s execution.
A Kashmiri man, Afzal Guru, was hanged, nearly a decade after being found guilty over a deadly 2001 attack on India’s parliament.
Al Jazeera’s Divya Gopalan reports from the capital, New Delhi.
