South Sudanese seek shelter from violence

Residents seek cover amid fears that political tensions and ethnic rivalries could spark a civil war.

Foreigners and some locals are being evacuated from conflict-wracked South Sudan, but many people who cannot leave are finding shelter in UN compounds.

In the capital, Juba, where most of the fighting has taken place, families say they do not feel safe sleeping at home when it gets dark.
