Ukraine’s president to meet Putin amid crisis

President Yanukovich will again head to Moscow to meet Putin as a member of Ukraine’s ruling party calls for reshuffle.

A member of Ukraine’s ruling party has called for a government reshuffle adding to the problems of President Viktor Yanukovich. Protestors have occupied Independence Square in the capital since late November following Yanukovich’s decision to shun closer ties with the EU and move instead toward Moscow.

The Ukrainian President is preparing to head to Moscow for a critical meeting with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin.
