Lack of funds for Syria’s disabled children

Syrian refugee children in Jordan suffering with autism are struggling from a lack of access to funding and treatment.

Syrian refugees who have fled the war to neighbouring Jordan have access to a variety of health services. But that does not include special treatment and schooling for children with autism.

Some children are getting worse without the proper care.

Al Jazeera’s Nisreen El Shamayleh reports from Amman.
