Afghan families to sue Germany over strike
German air strike, which killed 90 civilians, among the worst since NATO entered Afghanistan in 2001.

Afghan families are due to find out if they can sue Germany for an air strike in 2009 in which German fighter pilots killed
90 civilians in the northern city of Kunduz.
A court in Berlin will decide later whether there’s enough evidence to support their case.
