Philippines looks to long-term typhoon issues

It has been over two weeks since Typhoon Haiyan tore through the Philippines.

Aid groups there are now turning their efforts towards finding long-term solutions for people who need food, shelter and medical care.

But at the same time, they remain in crisis mode, working in difficult and challenging conditions.
