Maduro’s new powers worry business owners

Shop owners fear Venezuelan president will use new decree powers to cut their profits.

Shop owners in Venezuela fear they will be targeted after President Nicolas Maduro vowed to use his new decree powers to cut their profits. 

Businesses have been seized and hundreds of business owners are under arrest for so-called price gouging. 

Al Jazeera’s Andy Gallacher reports from Caracas.
