Police in South Africa say a case of culpable homicide could be opened after the collapse of a half-built shopping mall.
One person died and 29 construction workers were injured near Durban.
The opposition Democratic Alliance accuses the owner of the company that built the mall, Grelio Precast, of being too close to some members of the governing party’s African National Congress
