Mozambique’s former rebels threaten elections
With local polls due on November 20, government faces serious security challenges in Renamo strongholds.

Renamo, a former rebel group in Mozambique, has threatened to disrupt the country’s local elections on Wednesday.
There has already been violence and the situation has become so tense that the army has to escort motorists in Renamo strongholds so they won’t be attacked.
Al Jazeera’s Haru Mutasa filed this exclusive report from Sofala province.
