Election ballots recast in tense Kosovo town
The election is seen as a test of Serbia and Kosovo’s relationship, five years after Kosovo declared independence.

Voters are again casting their ballots in northern Kosovo, where elections were disrupted two weeks ago.
Both Serbia and Kosovo hope a successful election will boost their hopes of joining the European Union.
Before that happens though, the EU wants ethnic Serbs living in northern Kosovo to integrate with the rest of the country.
