The death toll from a tropical cyclone that hit Somalia’s semi-autonomous Puntland region over the weekend has risen to 140.
Hundreds more are missing and thousands have been displaced in Central Somalia after days of heavy floods.
The government has declared a state of emergency and appealed for international aid.
