Typhoon relief not arriving fast enough

International aid is not arriving quickly enough for many survivors after the devastating typhoon.

Recovery efforts are under way in the Philippines, but for many of those affected by Typhoon Haiyan the aid is not arriving fast enough.

In Cebu, plane-loads of supplies have been delivered, but there is still not enough to go around and many people cannot get the where it is being handed out.
