Survivors despair after Philippines typhoon

Locals struggle to find food, water and shelter after Typhoon Haiyan devastated whole communities.

Four days after Typhoon Haiyan devastated islands in the central Philippines, survivors are desperate for food and clamouring to be evacuated.

The weather is deteriorating again, leaving people to look for protection in whatever is left of their homes.

Al Jazeera’s Wayne Hay reports from Palo, just south of the city of Tacloban.
