Helping Afghanistan’s forgotten drug addicts

UN says only ten percent of Afghans with drug addiction have had any treatment, but one woman brings a promise of hope.

Afghanistan is the world’s number one producer of opium poppies, and consumption is also a big problem there.

More than a million Afghans are drug addicts, and the UN says only 10 percent of them have had any treatment.
