Criticism levied at New Orleans school system
Vietnamese community says city is failing to provide adequate language services to their children.

It has been eight years since Hurricane Katrina devastated the city of New Orleans in the US state of Louisiana.
New jobs are attracting people back to the city, including ethnic Vietnamese.
But many in the Vietnamese community say major changes need to be made to the school system because their children are falling behind.
Al Jazeera’s Andy Gallacher reports.
