Thai rangers target smuggling gangs
New army unit set up to tackle criminals involved in billion-dollar market of wildlife and timber trafficking.

Southeast Asia is the global hotspot for illegally trading wildlife and timber, in a market worth billions of dollars each year.
It has also taken a human toll on the rangers who work to stop the trafficking.
Now the government is responding with a new special force to take on gangs.
