New rules in S Korea for mixed marriages
Next year, foreign spouses will have to speak basic Korean and couples will need at least $1,500 income per month.

South Korea is introducing new rules for citizens who want to marry foreigners, aimed at tackling some of the problems that come from cross-cultural marriages.
