Activists criticise Brazilian police raid
Criticism follows seizure of weapons in slums in campaign to tackle drug gangs ahead of football World Cup.

Brazilian police say they have arrested 196 people and seized weapons in a raid on a slum known as Complexo do Lins.
The operation in Rio de Janeiro is part of the government’s efforts to tackle drug gangs ahead of next year’s Football World Cup.
But activists criticise the police behaviour towards the civilians.
