Digging for Spitfire planes in Myanmar
An excavation team from London to dig for dozens of the planes thought to be buried in the Asian country.

36 British Spitfires from World War Two are thought to be buried in Myanmar.
Now an excavation team is travelling from London to dig them up.
British troops buried the planes in crates in 1945.
The Spitfire was crucial to Britain’s battle against Nazi Germany in WW2- but there are not that many left in working order.
