Desecrations alarm Pakistan’s Ahmadi sect

Ahmadi community identifies itself as Muslims, but are considered as heretics by majority of Pakistanis.

Members of Pakistan’s Ahmadi community say they are being unfairly punished for their beliefs following a graveyard attacks in Lahore.

Last December armed men tied up a guard and 21 others before smashing more than 100 gravestones.

The group identifies itself as Muslim, but are considered as heretics by most Pakistanis, because they believe there was a prophet after Prophet Muhammad.
