Protests flare in Central African Republic

Frustration is growing in the capital Bangui amid fears of a rebel attack on the city.

Security forces have used tear gas to disperse protesters in Central African Republic’s capital, Bangui. 

Frustration is growing amid fears of a rebel attack on the city.

The government has offered to share power with some of the rebels, but so far there has been no agreement.
